  • AFTER SALES POLICY

    At Regal, as well as offering the best possible prices, we aim to further enhance customer satisfaction and confidence with our comprehensive aftersales policies.

    Our 14-day returns policy affords buyers a grace period to decide if they are happy with their purchase. If for any reason at all you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us securely within the 7-day period for a full, unequivocal refund.

    Our care for the customer extends far beyond the warranty period, so if you’ve bought a watch from us and would like to sell it back or upgrade to another model, we endeavour to offer the best possible price.

    Can’t find the watch you’re looking for? No problem, simply get in touch with us with details of your enquiry and we will do our best to be of service.

  • INSURANCE VALUATIONS

    We offer valuations for replacement or insurance purposes on a huge range of watches. Whether it is a like-for-like replacement or new-for-old, we are able to provide the necessary valuation to allow a comprehensive insurance policy to be taken out on your watch.

    With all watches we sell, this service is free of charge, upon request.

    A very competitive fee is charged for all other valuations, and is calculated on a watch-by-watch basis.

  • PART EXCHANGE

    Looking to buy a watch but need to get rid of your current watch first? We are very pleased to offer the option of part exchange across most of our range.

    Simply get in touch providing us with as much information about your watch as possible (including photos, age, condition, with/without papers and price), and we will endeavour to offer you an exchange price as soon as possible.

  • REPAIRS & POLISHING

    We service Rolex watches, Richard Mille watches, Audemars Piguet watches, and Patek Phillippe. Our experienced and qualified watchmaker works on the most demanded complications and has the ability to restore and repair antique pieces, smashed screens, and water damage.

    Our service centre only uses genuine swiss parts. We can restore ceramic Richard Mille cases, polish Audemars Piguet, and repair Patek Phillippe's grand complications.

    All work is insured, warranted, and certified. Book an appointment or send your watch to us via our prepaid, tracked, signed, and insured delivery pack.

  • WHAT IS A CHRONOMETER?

    Chronometer is a Greek word meaning “timekeeper”. Today, only precision watches with a high level of accuracy may call themselves a chronometer, a designation that is subject to strict international test conditions. The independent Swiss monitoring organisation Contrôle Officiel Suisse des Chronomètres (COSC) tests watches for 15 days in five different positions and at three temperature levels.
