At Regal, we operate by appointment. This ensures one of our experts is available to sit down with you, and really get to know what you're after. It also means we can prepare a selection of diamonds and designs just for you, your budget and your preferences. Please book ahead - and note that weekday evenings and Saturdays tend to book up a week or two in advance.

How did it all begin?

It began with a desire to simplify the purchase of luxury jewellery. The founder of Regal, Daniel, in search of an engagement ring for Lina, saw the missing experience when buying jewellery online. Hence, the purpose of Regal was realised: To create a different jewellery-buying experience by simplifying and offering immersive experience of buying crafted jewellery in-store and online.

Do we have a showroom you can visit?

Yes! We also happily accept appointments for viewing and purchasing in our showroom situated in the heart of Hatton Gardens. If you have specific items you would like to view, we always recommend making an appointment in advance so we can ensure we have your desired items available and ready to view.

What jewellery do you make?

At Regal, we create engagement rings, wedding bands, eternity bands, earrings, necklaces and pendants, and bracelets - as well as any other bespoke jewellery. Our fine jewellery offering is contemporary and classic, suitable to be worn and adored every day.

Does Regal also sell Lab-Grown Diamonds?

Yes, indeed! We make jewellery with lab or natural diamonds – whichever you prefer. At Regal, we have a large selection of lab or natural diamonds. Lab diamonds can be a great choice for lowering costs without compromising on beauty or authenticity.

Is your jewellery gold plated or solid gold?

At Regal, our jewellery can be both; gold plated or solid gold in either 9k gold, 18k gold, 22k gold or platinum. Same as lab diamonds, gold plated jewellery can be a great choice for lowering costs without compromising on beauty.

How can I guess my partner’s ring size?

Our experts are here to help you make and educated estimate. There is a direct correlation between clothing size, height and ring size. If you have a photo of your partner with their hand in full view, this can be a valuable tool in helping our experts to get the size right.

If the ring doesn’t fit, we’ll resize your Regal ring free of charge. As proposals are usually a surprise, we’ll invite you and your partner to come into the showroom following the big moment. At that moment, we’ll measure the right ring size and make any adjustments needed, to ensure the perfect fit.


How long does delivery take?

Ready to wear pieces displayed on our website are ready to ship immediately (unless work is required, for example, resizing). For bespoke orders, it will usually take between 4 to 5 weeks to be crafted – we’ll let you know your exact due date upon ordering. Some rings can be made in shorter time frames.

How is the item delivered?

Once work on your order ring is completed, it will be couriered via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (Next Day Service) or FedEx Priority Service, both tracked and signed for, for proof of delivery. Please allow time for Sundays and Bank Holidays, which may disrupt delivery services.

Can I collect my item?

You can also opt to collect your item from our Hatton Garden showroom. The person collecting must be the person who paid for the goods and must be able to prove their identity.
